At LOV… Alwayz, every order represents more than clothing—it’s a reminder to spread love, embrace individuality, and live authentically. We appreciate your support and are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During new collection launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after your order ships:

Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days
International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

From time to time, LOV… Alwayz may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your package has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

LOV… Alwayz is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll do our best to update the address.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, LOV… Alwayz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package was stolen or delivered incorrectly, please:

Check with neighbors or household members.
Contact the shipping carrier directly.
Reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist with the claims process.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged item(s)
Photos of the packaging

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue through a replacement or another appropriate solution.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on product availability or fulfillment locations. If this happens, you’ll receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original condition.
