At LOV Alwayz, we stand behind the quality of every piece. If you're not fully satisfied with your order, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.

Eligible Returns

• Have original tags attached
• Be free of stains, odors, or damage
• Be returned in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale or discounted items
• Limited drops / exclusive releases
• Accessories, hats, and undergarments
• Items marked final sale

Exchanges

Need a different size? We offer free size exchanges on domestic orders within 14 days, based on inventory availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
